//About
This shift is different. We've been through the others.
Twenty five years running creative operations. Now helping creative businesses make sense of AI.
//Background
Tina Saul started KINTAL in 2025, after 25 years running creative operations across broadcast, automotive, retail and tech. She began as a Senior Producer at Sky delivering interactive media, scaled digital production teams at Jaguar Land Rover's joint venture agency, led the delivery of Aldi's first Kevin the Carrot social presence and most recently led creative operations and AI implementation for the video production team at Meta across EMEA. The company took shape over 2024, from watching generative AI land inside a tech company and seeing the pattern that would define the work.
The moment that decided KINTAL was watching generative AI land inside a tech company. Not the launch itself. The two years after. Teams who knew the tools existed, who had the budget, who wanted to move, and who could not. Every previous wave of technology gave the industry time to figure it out. This one does not.
Most creative businesses now sit in the same spot. They know they need to move on AI. They also think they can work it out on their own, and often they can, up to a point. What is harder to do from the inside is see which of your workflows are actually the blocker, which tools are noise dressed up as strategy, and where the human judgement still has to sit.
That is the work.
KINTAL is a small core team with a wider network of specialists in AI implementation, technical delivery, change, governance and creative operations. It is product-led on purpose. Trust Pulse, SIGNAL, Vernal and Groundwork do the readiness and governance work that would otherwise get billed as consulting hours. That keeps the cost proportionate to a creative SME, and it means the answers sit with your team, not ours.
We prioritise people over technology.
